BEST PRACTICES

At DQBSNHS, we believe that true excellence extends beyond academics, valuing integrity and honesty as fundamental traits. These values shape our students' character, fostering trust and a supportive community. We celebrate honest behavior through recognition programs and awards, with honesty awardees recognized every Monday during the flag ceremony. This regular acknowledgment serves as a powerful reminder of the importance of integrity, encouraging all students to strive for honesty in their daily lives. By publicly celebrating honesty, we not only reward those who demonstrate it but also set a standard for others to follow. This emphasis on integrity ensures that our students' successes are genuine and well-deserved. Recognizing and valuing honesty is a cornerstone of our educational philosophy, and it plays a crucial role in developing responsible, trustworthy individuals who will positively impact society.

One of the standout practices at DQBSNHS is the weekly Values Formation Cell Group, held every Friday after classes. This initiative is dedicated to instilling strong moral values and integrity in students while also nurturing their overall personal development. Each session begins with an opening circle for sharing thoughts and feelings, followed by guided discussions on themes like honesty and empathy. Group activities reinforce these themes, and personal reflection allows students to internalize the lessons learned. The program has significantly impacted students, improving behavior, empathy, and commitment to ethical principles. By fostering a culture of values-based education, DQBSNHS is preparing students to be responsible and compassionate leaders.

At DQBSNHS, functional stakeholders' organizations like the School Parent-Teacher Association (SPTA), the School Planning Team, and the School Governing Council (SGC) play a vital role. These groups foster collaboration among students, parents, teachers, and local leaders, enhancing the educational process.

The SPTA bridges the gap between the school and parents, ensuring active parental involvement. The School Planning Team develops strategic plans aligned with the school's vision, and the SGC ensures transparency and accountability. By empowering stakeholders in decision-making, these organizations foster a sense of ownership and responsibility, ultimately elevating the quality of education at DQBSNHS.
